In the kitchen of Les Brases del Toc, headed by  Santi Colominas - prestigious chef at Toc al Mar restaurant - lies the true essence of Empordà's cuisine including wild fish from the Costa Brava and grilled meat from the best meat farms in the Girona province.The restaurant terrace, located in the same 18th century convent, is one of the most spectacular and romantic places on the Costa Brava, nestled in the hills, towering over the spectacular hotel garden. 


Toc al Mar

Located on the majestic Aiguablava beach, the Toc al Mar restaurant enjoys spectacular views. Expert chefs in the region's cuisine, headed by Sant Colominas, will be in charge of bringing you closer to exquisite culinary delights such as Palomós prawns, square shaped paella, fresh fish of the day, pa de vidre (Catalan ciabatta bread) with tomato and Tarte Tatin, among other delicacies.
